Reproductive & Child Health RDT has implemented various interventions to improve maternal and child health outcomes by ensuring better healthcare access, antenatal and postnatal care, and immunization coverage. Key initiatives include:
- Maternal Health Services: Provided antenatal and postnatal care services to over 1,000 pregnant and lactating mothers, reducing maternal mortality and complications.
- Safe Institutional Deliveries: Promoted institutional deliveries through awareness programs, resulting in over 1400 safe births.
- Immunization Coverage: Ensured full immunization of 2500 children under five years, reducing vaccine-preventable diseases.
- Growth Monitoring & Early Detection: Screened 3,500 children for malnutrition, providing targeted nutrition support and interventions.
- Breastfeeding & Complementary Feeding: Promoted exclusive breastfeeding for six months and improved complementary feeding practices for 3,000 infants.
Adolescent Health Focusing on the unique health needs of adolescents, RDT has initiated multiple programs to enhance awareness, preventive healthcare, and gender-responsive services:

- Promotion of Heat-Resilient Practices: Educated 3,000 rural households on mitigating heat stress-related illnesses.
- Waterborne Disease Prevention: Provided safe drinking water solutions to 3000 families, reducing the incidence of diarrheal diseases by 50%.

Nutrition Promotion & Food Security RDT has focused on improving dietary diversity, promoting sustainable food production, and preventing malnutrition through various initiatives:
